The Valinda Ninja Warriors Walkathon is an annual fundraising event organized by the Parent Boosters of Valinda School of Academics. Students collect sponsorships from family, friends, and community members ahead of event day, then walk the course together at the school on the walkathon itself.
All proceeds go directly to the Parent Booster Club, Valinda School of Academics, supporting school programs, field trips, classroom supplies, and student activities throughout the year.
Every student receives a unique fundraising page where supporters can make a secure online donation. Donors can choose to support a specific student, an entire grade, or the school as a whole.
Donations are accepted through September 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific. The walkathon takes place on September 18, 2026 at 1:15 PM at Valinda School of Academics.

How do I donate?
Find the student you'd like to support using the search page or scan their unique QR code. Click the Donate button on their page and complete your donation through our secure Stripe checkout. You can donate any amount starting at $1.00.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Donations are made to the Parent Booster Club, Valinda School of Academics. Please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility. The Parent Boosters organization will provide documentation upon request.
How does the fundraising work?
Each student has a unique fundraising page with a QR code. When someone donates, the amount is tracked on the student's progress bar toward three cumulative rewards: $20 raised lets the student participate in the walkathon and earns a T-shirt, $50 adds a Kona Ice, and $100 adds the special live show. Top individual fundraisers and the top fundraising class also earn special prizes.

Is my child's information safe?
Absolutely. We take student privacy very seriously and comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). Student pages only display first name and last initial — no photos, full names, or other personal information are ever shown publicly. All donations are processed securely through Stripe.
